Directions and Parking Information

 

Gate Access/Entry for the General Public

For base access, personal identification is not required. All vehicles will be subject to search.

Wheatland Gate –South Beale Rd from Wheatland/Hwy65

Schneider Gate –North Beale Rd from Linda

Doolittle Gate –Hammonton Smartsville Rd from Marysville/Yuba City/Grass Valley

Handicap Parking

Display handicap placard in windshield or annotated on front license plate

Will be directed to designated parking areas for accommodation. Parking attendants will direct you to the first available space.

 

RV and/or Oversized Vehicle Parking

**RVs and oversized vehicles will ONLY be allowed to utilize Wheatland Gate or Schneider Gate. All other gates CANNOT accommodate these vehicles.**

All RVs and oversized vehicles must make contact with an installation gate guard to be directed to designated parking that will accommodate your respective vehicle.  These checkpoints resemble gated community security checkpoints or toll booths.  If you fail to make contact with a gate guard you could experience a significant delay in being parked and making it to the show on time.

 

Motorcycle Parking

Motorcycles will be parked in the same manner as vehicles.  Accommodations will be made in the overflow parking area so that you are parked on a hardpack/concrete surface.


Designated Parking (DVs, Vendors, Sponsors, Performers)

Display pre-issued parking placard/sticker on upper driver side windshield.

Members entering the Wheatland Gate and Schneider Gate will follow traffic control officers to Lockheed Road where all designated parking will enter and exit the Air & Space Expo foot print.
Drivers MUST navigate into the left travel lane as soon as two lanes of traffic begin to facilitate the left hand turn onto Lockheed Rd. Once inside the fenced in area on Lockheed Rd follow to Arnold Rd and make a right taking note of the colored parking lot that matches the placard/sticker issued.
Members entering the Doolittle Gate will bypass the traffic control point directing civilian traffic to the mass parking area and make a right on to Lockheed Rd.  Follow same directions above to find your respective designated parking lot.
